This year, the awards pivot around a deeply meaningful theme: “Promoting responsible behaviour to protect the environment; the role of the media”. Given the environmental challenges of our era, it’s crucial to highlight the role media can play in shaping behaviours and attitudes.
The event is set to shine under the patronage of Hon. Lawyer Samuel Abu Jinapor, the Minister for Lands and Natural Resources & MP for Damongo. The evening will further be graced by the patron of the branch, Hon Dr. Ibrahim Mohamed Awal, Minister for Tourism. Adding to the prestige are the ministers representing the Northern, NorthEast, and Savana Regions. Spearheading the event’s proceedings is MASLOC’s Chief Executive, the esteemed Hajia Abibata Shani Mahama.
