NSEN Conducts Bi-Monthly Capacity Building Training for Its Members, a Northern Social Enterprise Network

The Northern Social Enterprise Network held its second Bi-Monthly Capacity Building Training on the 26th and 27th April 2023, aimed at supporting entrepreneurs in the general trading, cosmetology, and fashion sectors. The training session was held at HOPIN ACADEMY in Tamale and it centered on building a winning team, featured insights from a Ghanaian startup and focused on the challenges of recruitment and solutions that entrepreneurs can adopt to address them.

During the session, the entrepreneurs engaged in a lively discussion that covered the challenges faced during recruitment, the role of the founder in creating a positive and progressive environment for employees, and ways to improve the recruitment process.
